Morning Mindfullness

My practice is grounded in my own personal journey of self-discovery as well as the body's own ability to heal itself. Some of the modalities I use are: Yin yoga, Hatha yoga, yoga for injury, kirtan, mindfulness, meditation, yoga nidra, hot yoga, hot rocks, deep tissue, tui na, windy yoga, chair yoga, and vinyasa yoga.
